The brain behind Pencilmark Films, Satish has been independently directing ad films since 2014.
Starting his career in the advertising industry, he spent over a decade understanding the nuances of the industry.

 

The tutelage under some of the industry stalwarts across agencies such as MAA Bozell, Stark Communications and DDB Mudra helped in shaping perspective and channelizing creativity.

 

Having donned various caps in his capacity as a copywriter / creative director, head – films department, Satish found his calling in film making.

 

After having ventured on to become an independent director, he has helmed filming ads for numerous brands, spread across multiple industries such as Jewellery, FMCG, Textile, Infrastructure, Furnishing, Real Estate, Opticals, Education, Retail, Ayurveda, etc.

 

A penchant for writing has led Satish to explore the aesthetics of poetry, resulting in lyrics for a few ad jingles and music videos in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
